Dan Craft

NextGen Pastor

Dan joined AGBC as its NextGen Pastor in January of 2023. Dan grew up in the small town of Shellman Georgia. Dan and his wife Rylie have been married for 15 years and share three children together; Shyla, Ayddan, and Daniel.
He has been involved in student ministry for over 10 years. His passion is to help guide and direct the next generation of the church by teaching the students the love of Christ. He found the Lord at a young age and realized from that moment that he wanted God to take control in his life and to use him in as many ways as He could.
So Dan learned to play the guitar and lead worship for his youth group for a while. He attended Life Christian Academy where he joined the school's worship band and formed a bond with other like minded teens who just wanted to praise the Lord through music. He believes that music is what opens the heart and prepares someone to receive the message God has in store for them. Around the age of 16 he felt a call to preach the gospel while attending a youth event. He said that the call was so strong that all he could do was fall down and worship right there where he was sitting. Ever since then he has stayed in the word and dove right into the scriptures learning and asking God to guide him in His ways. Dan was ordained and Licensed to preach in April of 2011. He also attended Southwest Georgia Seminary School and finished receiving an Associates Degree in Theology. Dan still loves and has a passion for music but also has a passion for the youth. He enjoys getting to meet and build relationships with each student and help guide them in the direction that God intends for them. He is super excited to be a part of what God has in store for AGBC and is ready for God to show up and show out!

Jamie Saunders

Children's Director

Jamie Saunders was born and raised in Columbus, Ga and attended Georgia Southwestern University where she met and married her college sweetheart, Chris Saunders. They have been married for 23 years. She taught jr. and high school science at Southland Academy before staying home as their family expanded. They have 4 wonderful children: Emily, Andrew, Jack, and Charlotte and were happy to recently welcome a new son-in-law, Joseph Hawkins, to the family. They have homeschooled their children for over 15 years and hope to continue until they all graduate.
Jamie, Chris, and their family faithfully served and attended Faith Baptist Church of Americus for over 20 years. They joined Amazing Grace Baptist Church in November of 2022 and jumped in faithfully and fully trusting God in this new chapter of their lives. They can look back over their years at Faith and see so many prayers being answered as God is working at Amazing Grace. They look forward to seeing the mighty hand of God as He uses the church and its people.
Jamie is an active member of the local homeschool co-op, Americus Region Christian Home Educators, and does her best to support and encourage other homeschool families. An introvert at heart, she finds herself pushed into leadership opportunities often and knows God wants to use her to minister to those around her, if she will only let Him.
When at home, you can find Jamie and Chris enjoying their little homestead with cows, chickens, pigs and goats. She enjoys canning, quilting, and harvesting her garden and sharing that knowledge with others.

Jeff Crews

Worship Director

A vital part of what God is doing at Amazing Grace is our worship director, Jeff. Jeff, his wife Amy, and their family have been with Amazing Grace since its conception in 2019 and share the vision and mission of Amazing Grace of "Going therefore...". Jeff carries a strong work ethic that is only rivaled by his since of humor. These characteristics produce an incredible talent that continues to serve God with a smile on his face.

Ashleigh Satterfield

Office Administrator

Ashleigh grew up in Sumter County, GA and loves the sense of community and familiarity this small town has to offer. Ashleigh has the unique ability to never meet a stranger, and is simply a friend to all. She and her husband Colton have been married since 2019 and definitely bring the energy to our church gatherings. She enjoys being outside, working in the yard, or just going for a walk in the neighborhood. Baking and trying new recipes is a passion of hers, along with her family and friends. With every vision and ministry here at AGBC all the little dots have to be connected and Ashleigh is another one of our dot connectors.
